Usage
- Topical application: Apply it to your forehead, and back of the neck. Massage it into your shoulders and neck.
- Inhalation: Add a few drops of oil to a handkerchief or tissue and inhale deeply. Add a few drops of oil to a bowl of hot water and inhale the steam.
- Diffusion: If you have a diffuser, diffuse migraine oil into the air. This is a good way to spread the benefits of the oil throughout the room.
Note: Avoid using migraine oil on broken skin or near the eyes.
