How do I place an order?

- Fill out your personal details required for the delivery of your order
- Choose a payment option most convenient to you.

Can I ship products to an address different from my billing address?
Yes, you can do this by entering your billing address first. Then choose the option to ‘Ship to a different address?’ and fill in the shipping details.
How do I know that my order is confirmed?
For all orders, the confirmation status will be automatically updated in the ‘My Account’ section and you will get an email from Shree Herbals on your registered email ID.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order without creating an account. But, we highly recommend creating one for a smoother shopping experience. Having an account lets you easily access your order details and share reviews based on your experience with our products.
Is it secure to use my Debit/Credit card or make online payments on Shree Herbals?
Our online transactions at Shree Herbals are safeguarded by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption using a 1024-bit process. All information you provide during transactions is encrypted in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session, ensuring protection against unintended disclosure to third parties. Your browser’s secure mode can be verified at ‘Checkout’ by looking for the padlock icon either at the bottom corner or the end of the address bar.
Why was my order payment rejected?
Your order payment might have been rejected due to various reasons such as incorrect card or net banking details, insufficient funds in your account, or technical issues. If you recently received a new card, there might be changes in the information. Please ensure your credit card details are accurate and that your name and address match those associated with the card.
I cannot complete my registration, what do I need to do?

I forgot my password, what can I do?
If you forgot your password, click ‘Forgot Password,’ enter your username or email. You’ll receive an email with a link to create a new password.
How do I make changes to my order?
You can’t modify the order once it has been placed. We suggest you cancel the order and place a new order with your desired changes.

What payment types do you offer?
We accept Cash on Delivery, Debit card, Credit card, and Net banking for purchases
What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is a payment method where you can pay the invoice amount in cash at your doorstep upon the actual delivery of your order. It’s an option available for those uncomfortable with online payments. Please note that COD payments are accepted only in Rupees.
How can I use a Gift Voucher/Promotional code on my order?
After clicking ‘Checkout,’ enter your Gift Voucher/Promotional code. The valid amount/offer will apply automatically. Proceed to checkout, pay the remaining amount using your preferred payment method.”

How does the delivery process work?
Our deliveries are handled by reputable couriers. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing the tracking number and courier company details. Use the tracking number on the courier company’s website to track your package.
What is your Online Return Policy?
We value your feedback to enhance our service. While we strive for your complete satisfaction with our products and services, if you’re dissatisfied, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for online returns.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email on 91 94866 33869. You can also contact us on shreeherbals1999@gmail.com (Timings: 9:30 am-5 pm IST), within 24 hours of placing the order.
How will I get a refund for my cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy to understand if your order qualifies for a return. For pre-paid orders that have not yet been shipped, your order will be cancelled within 24 hours of your request and reflect as per your bank guidelines, which is usually within 10 business days. For all orders that have been delivered, we do not entertain return requests unless the order qualifies, as per our Returns and Refunds Policy. By when can I expect delivery of my order?
We aim to deliver your order promptly, but there might be delays due to movement restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to delivering your order as soon as possible.
What if I receive an incomplete, incorrect or damaged order?
We strive to ensure accurate and satisfactory order fulfilment. For any complaints about your order, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery for quick resolution. In the rare case of receiving a product with tampered or open packaging, kindly inform us within 2 business days of receipt, providing supporting images or videos if applicable, to assist us in addressing your concern effectively.
