Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund subject to a reasonable clarification provided to us. We would expect the products to be shipped back to our warehouse within 10 days from the date of receipt in order to consider refund. Our address is given in the Contact Us page of our website.
The mode of refund will be mutually agreed upon and will not be limited to the mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
All orders are shipped within 24 business hours (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm) upon receipt of payment. In case of any unavoidable delays appropriate intimation will be made.
